All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen. There is hot and cold water, air conditioning (in the bedroom), a smart TV, a safe, and free Wi-Fi. There is a choice of studios and apartments with one or two separate bedrooms. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens to keep insects, especially mosquitoes, out. The building is secured by a security system. Your apartment is cleaned and linens are changed once a week. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Laundry and ironing services are also available for a fee. 

The lounge and swimming pool are located on the first floor. Free parking is available in front of the apartment complex and on the street.
